Processing & Production

All Célyn pieces are made to order and crafted in Vietnam.
Production time is estimated at 7–10 business days before the items arrive at our Kuala Lumpur studio.

Delivery Options (Malaysia)

Once your order is ready at our Kuala Lumpur location, you may choose one of the following options:

1. Self Pickup
You may arrange a pickup directly at our Kuala Lumpur studio.

2. Express Delivery (Customer-arranged)
Customers may arrange their own delivery via services such as Grab Express or Lalamove.

3. Free Standard Shipping (West Malaysia)
We offer complimentary shipping across West Malaysia.
Estimated delivery time: up to 3 business days via local courier.

East Malaysia

Shipping fee: RM40
Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier services.

Urgent Orders (Express Vietnam → Malaysia)

For customers who require their orders urgently (e.g. special events), please contact our team via hotline in advance before placing your order.

We offer an express production & shipping service:

Fee: RM60
Estimated delivery: within 4 days

Important Notes

All timelines are estimates and may vary slightly.
Orders will only be shipped after production is completed.
